I´d like to believe that everybody likes eating falafels regardless of which kind of diet they follow. At least I haven´t met anyone who doesn´t, have you?
I´ve started to use herbs and salat almost in every morning in my smoothies. There is plenty of salad growing and I don´t know how else to use it in cooking. I haven´t got to the point of making soups with lettuce this year but I think I will soon.
Buckwheat is one of the staple foods of Estonia and other Eastern countries. I used to hate it when I was a kid as it was often cooked as porridge in huge amounts at once and therefore needed to be eaten for all courses of the day. Now I can´t imagine my life without those glutem free tiny nutritious nuts as they are botanically called. If I get cravings for buckwheat in other countries I go to health food stores or Russian and Polish supermarkets.
