Simply green falafels

I´d like to believe that everybody likes eating falafels regardless of which kind of diet they follow. At least I haven´t met anyone who doesn´t, have you?

Those home made green falafels are made with freshly harvested broad beans and dried cumin and coriander seeds. If you want to taste maximal freshness in your falafels I´d use swap coriander seeds with fresh cilantro.

Ingredients:

250 g fresh broad beans

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp coriander seeds or fresh cilantro
