Turmeric is one of my favorite spices and adds some Indian vibes to the avocado spread. In this hot weather there is no need to eat warm food anyway. The flowers add some extra crunch and colours. Eyes eat with!
1 ripe avocado
1/2 lemon´s juice
1/2 tsp turmeric or a pinch of grated fresh turmeric
2 cherry tomatoes
pinch of salt and pepper
calendula, cornflower, clover or some other edible blossoms
- Mush up the avocadoes with tomatoes and 1/2 lemon juice.
- Add spices and sprinkle flower petals on top.
