Nettle crisps are another away to use those nutritious weed leaves without too much trouble. The best time for picking nettles is when they are young and don´t grow blossoms yet.
You´ll need: scissors, rubber gloves, a bowl and a plate
300-400 g nettle leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
3 tbsp vegetable oil(or more if you like)
Bake at 140 °C (284°F) 20-30 min.
The crisps are nice just as a snack, a sprinkle on savory dishes or for flavoring for sauces etc.
